Albert Tucker

Albert Tucker is an independent consultant.

Among many senior non-executive positions he holds, he is a trustee of Common Purpose and vice chair of the Big Lottery Fund in the UK.

In 2012, Carnegie UK Trust appointed Tucker as a Carnegie UK Associate to support the Trust's work on trade and public economic engagement.

Previously he was managing director of Twin Trading, an alternative trade organisation that builds sustainable businesses with farmers in Latin America and Africa. Tucker is a leading figure in the fairtrade movement and overseas development, and is an advocate for small-scale producers and citizens in global trade and policy.
