Description

Kenneth Roth, executive director of Human Rights Watch, addresses Carnegie Council’s Global Ethics Fellows on the occasion of the fellowship’s second annual meeting in New York City. He will discuss how a nongovernmental organization promotes ethical behavior in the frequent absence of courts to enforce it and in circumstances where powerful forces often hold countervailing views.
