In this Carnegie New Leaders gathering, economist Jacob Funk Kirkegaard will discuss why his outlook for Europe is relatively rosy.
Kirkegaard is a research fellow at the Peterson Institute for International Economics in Washington D.C. He has testified on the European debt crisis before Congress, and commented on PBS NewsHour, Bloomberg, CNNMoney, and other media outlets.
