In this interactive workshop, corporate governance experts and high-level executives will come together to discuss best practices in cases like Kimberly-Clark (parent company of Kleenex and Huggies, among other brands), which enlisted board support for its aggressive sustainability plan. The workshop will also look at the balancing act that non-profit executives and board members must undertake at organizations like iMentor, where mission and revenue also come into play.
