James H. Rowe

James H. Rowe is executive vice president of the Mintz Group and the managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office.

Rowe supervises internal investigations, complex commercial litigation, white-collar criminal defense, and due diligence screenings. His clientele includes the major international law firms, leading multinational corporations, top executive search firms, corporate search committees, and major not-for-profit institutions.

Before joining the Mintz Group, Rowe worked in a variety of investigative and counsel positions on Capitol Hill. He has practiced law in New York and Washington, D.C. law firms, where he specialized in white-collar criminal defense and complex civil litigation matters. He has also headed the corporate affairs office in Washington for the National Broadcasting Company, where he managed legal, regulatory, and legislative issues.

He served as the vice president for government, community and public affairs for Harvard University and as a trustee of the Legal Aid Society of the District of Columbia. He is a cum laude graduate of Harvard College and Georgetown University Law School.
