Richard A. Edlin

Richard A. Edlin is shareholder at Greenberg Taurig, LLP. He is an accomplished trial attorney who has successfully handled dozens of trials and arbitrations around the country. Edlin is currently handling major matters in the securities, intellectual property and antitrust areas. He is also experienced in a variety of corporate, securities, venture capital, and private equity transactions.

Edlin is listed in Chambers & Partners USA Guide to Leading Business Lawyers, The Best Lawyers in America, in New York Super Lawyers, and in New York magazine's recent publication of The New York Area's Best Lawyers.

He currently serves on the Board of Governors of Hackensack University Medical Center, the fourth largest university medical center in the United States, and is a charter member of the Carnegie Council's Friends Committee. Edlin received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. magna cum laude in history from Tufts University.
